Welcome to AugmentX Solutions Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our services, including consulting, software development, and platform access. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

We provide SAP consulting, software development, integration, and SaaS solutions. Details and scope of work will be defined in specific project agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs).

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide timely access to necessary resources and data

• Cooperate with our team to ensure smooth delivery

• Make timely payments as per invoicing terms

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are specified in individual agreements. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

• All pre-existing IP remains the property of its owner.

• Custom software/IP developed under paid engagements will be owned or licensed as per agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice under the terms outlined in the service contract. Termination for cause (e.g., breach of contract) may be immediate.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of data or profit
  Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
